Job summary

White Castle is seeking friendly Crew Managers to lead fast-paced restaurant teams. You will organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and oversee customer service and satisfaction while motivating the team in a energetic environment.

Responsibilities also include operating the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, and working the fryer/griddle. Benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted for dedicated team members.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh and have fun.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly.
