CREW LEADER / DRIVER

Personality is more important than your resume. The friendlier and more skilled you are at providing excellent service, the more you’ll earn. Our top team members earn hundreds of dollars extra per paycheck in tips!

Crew Leaders handle daily logistics such as driving to customer locations, assisting customers A to Z, managing your hauler, sales, and expenses. Our onboarding process is straightforward and supportive. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What’s In It For You

• $22/hr (depending on experience) after training
• Training pay for up to 4 weeks
• Medical, Dental, and Vision (after first year + 1500 hours)

Shifts

• Full-Time
• Work 5 of 6 days Monday-Saturday, with option to work 6 days
