Personality is more important than your resume; the friendlier and more skilled you are at delivering excellent service, the more you can earn, including tips from satisfied customers.

Crew Leaders handle daily logistics such as driving to customer locations, assisting customers from start to finish, managing your hauler, sales, and expenses. Our onboarding process is quick and straightforward, and we will teach you everything you need to know.

What’s In It For You

• $18-$25/hr (depending on experience) after training
• Training pay for up to 4 weeks
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (after first year + 1500 hours)
• Flexible scheduling with time off

• Full-Time employment, working 5 out of 6 days Monday-Saturday, with the option to work 6 days
