Job description

Job Title: Crew Leader

Our Crew Leaders are in the meat pit, operating our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations during each shift. Additionally, you will assist team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.

One of the best aspects of working at Arby's is the variety of experiences. You can gain knowledge in all areas of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and cash handling. You will also develop valuable life skills such as time management, multitasking, and performing under pressure. We prioritize training and encourage you to expand your horizons as part of our team. You may also be asked to perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ year experience in foodservice; Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling
