Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Deliver excellent guest service and lead associates.
• Optimize crew placement, assign breaks and jobs, and reinforce wardrobe standards.
• Coach peers on sales pitches for AMC Stubs.
• Resolve guest questions and issues, distribute passes as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols, oversee inventory, and support various operational tasks.
• Assist with marketing, booth operations, and performance scheduling.
• Perform crew functions as business levels require.
• Maintain attendance and comply with company standards.
