DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead with Safety & Performance: Ensure crew safety and high-quality work. Your leadership sets the standard.
• Manage Multiple Crews & Job Sites: Oversee teams of 3-15 painters, keeping projects on schedule and to our high standards.
• Set the Bar for Quality & Efficiency: Maintain clean sites, protect property, and deliver flawless finishes.
• Train & Develop Your Team: Provide hands-on training to improve skills and productivity.
• Own the Customer Experience: Conduct walkthroughs, set clear expectations, and communicate updates to clients.
• Keep Projects Running Smoothly: Manage materials and transitions between projects.
• Close with Confidence: Perform final inspections, handle touch-ups, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay Aligned with Leadership: Keep management informed and participate in key meetings.
