Job Description

Essential Functions:

1. Deliver exceptional service to guests and lead associates effectively.
2. Optimize crew placement for each role on a round-by-round basis.
3. Assist with assigning breaks and duties within the team.
4. Reinforce AMC's Wardrobe 101 Standards.
5. Peer coach on sales pitches for AMC Stubs.
6. Resolve guest questions and concerns, including distributing passes when appropriate.
7. Ensure friendly, clean, and efficient service to achieve Overall Satisfaction (OS) drivers.
8. Follow opening and closing procedures, as well as Clean Up Programs (TCUP, KCUP, Mac-CUP).
9. Train and support crew in safety and cleanliness protocols.
10. Oversee line checks, stocking, condiment areas, and food assembly.
11. Distribute and manage cash and inventory, supporting various operational needs.
12. Assist with maintenance, marketing, booth operations, and performance scheduling as needed.
13. Perform other duties as directed, ensuring adherence to policies.
14. Maintain regular attendance and uphold AMC's standards and compliance.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Competency in all crew positions.
