Job summary

Jobtailor in Kansas is seeking a supervising professional to lead railroad track construction and rail yard work. You will direct crews, coordinate materials, equipment, and staffing, and ensure safety and FRA compliance across projects.

The role requires 5–7 years in track construction, 2+ years in supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. You will train staff, monitor progress, and optimize resource use in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications
