Job Description

1. Deliver superior service: Connect with guests and lead associates effectively.
2. Optimize crew placement: Assign roles on a round-by-round basis.
3. Assist with scheduling: Manage breaks and job assignments.
4. Reinforce standards: Promote Wardrobe 101 Standards among crew.
5. Coach peers: Support sales pitches for AMC Stubs.
6. Resolve guest issues: Handle questions, concerns, and pass distribution.
7. Follow procedures: Complete opening/closing duties and programs like TCUP, KCUP, Mac-CUP.
8. Support safety and cleanliness: Train staff on protocols and oversee cleanliness and inventory.
9. Manage cash and inventory: Distribute banks, handle cash drops, and support food and beverage stock.
10. Assist with maintenance and marketing: Support facility needs and promotional updates.
11. Perform crew functions: Step into roles as business levels require.
12. Ensure attendance: Maintain regular attendance for scheduled shifts.
13. Uphold standards: Follow AMC’s Business Practice Standards and compliance policies.
