Seasonal Christmas Light Crew Leader (September - February)

Join our team and lead the way in bringing holiday magic to life! Lights of Christmas has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Christmas Light Crew Leader in the Central Alabama area, managing our installation and removal operations from September to February.

As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of installers to safely and efficiently install and remove high-quality Christmas light displays and decorations for our residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on management role where your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a crew of 2-4 installers daily.
• Ensure all installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Uphold safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients on-site as needed.
• Maintain accurate job site records and inventory.
• Oversee the careful removal and storage of decorations post-holiday season.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in outdoor work, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment (including various weather conditions).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work at heights (ladders/lifts).

Season: September - February (full-time hours during season and Overtime!)
