Job Summary: The General Tree Care Team is the core of our operation. These team members work together to provide high-quality tree care, maintaining the health of our clients' landscapes.

This position offers $35-42/hr depending on experience, plus paid PTO, benefits, 401K, and a $1,200 Sign-On Bonus.

Position: Crew Lead - a specialty role for individuals demonstrating leadership, approved by local management, with knowledge in TCIA Crew Leader Training, safety, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities include working on a Tree Care crew performing pruning, removals, cable bracing, and operating equipment safely, ensuring client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have experience with pruning, species identification, climbing, safety standards, equipment operation, and knowledge of tree species and pruning techniques.

Requirements include a valid U.S. driver’s license, lawful work authorization, and a desire to work outdoors.
