Job Summary: The General Tree Care Team is the core of our operation. These team members work together to provide high-quality tree care, ensuring the health of our clients' landscapes. This position offers up to $35/hr based on experience, along with paid PTO, benefits, and a 401K plan.

The Crew Lead is a specialized role for individuals demonstrating leadership qualities and approved by local management. Key knowledge includes TCIA Crew Leader Training, safety protocols, and leadership skills.

The Tree Care Team applies expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to maintain client landscapes. Team members work outdoors on beautiful properties, performing tasks like pruning, removals, and cable bracing while operating equipment safely and delivering excellent service.

What We Look For

• Experience in proper pruning practices for large shade trees and ornamentals
• Ability to identify various tree and shrub species and understand their characteristics
• Climbing ability without spurs
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards
• Practical skills in chainsaw and equipment operation
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket trucks)
• Competence in all designated skill areas
• Understanding of safety policies, hazard tree identification, and proper equipment use
• Knowledge of pruning standards and techniques for different tree species
• Ability to perform aerial rescue if necessary

Essential Requirements

• Desire to work outdoors
• Valid U.S. driver's license; CDL is a plus
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
