Job Summary: The General Tree Care Team are the muscle of our operation. These industrial athletes work together to provide high-quality tree care, helping to maintain and preserve the overall health of our clients' landscapes.
This position pays up to $28/hr depending on years of experience, plus paid PTO, benefits, and 401K.
The Crew Lead position is a specialized role for individuals demonstrating leadership qualities and approved by local management to guide a work crew. Knowledge requirements include: TCIA Crew Leader Training Program, Crew Safety, Personal Safety, hazard awareness, and the ability to check off levels equal and below.
Sign-on bonus: Up to $2,500 for qualified candidates.

Role details: Work outdoors on beautiful properties, applying expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to support landscape health.
Responsibilities include: Pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care tasks, operating equipment safely, and delivering excellent customer service.
Ideal candidate qualities: Experience with pruning large shade and ornamental trees, species identification, climbing skills without spurs, safety standards familiarity, equipment operation, and knowledge of various tree species and techniques.
Essential requirements: Desire to work outdoors, valid U.S. driver's license (CDL a plus), lawful work authorization in the U.S.
