Qualifications

• 3 years or more of experience leading and training tree crews safely and productively.
• A clean/valid Driver’s License is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with prior experience training employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises tree crew while performing residential and commercial tree pruning and removals.
• Operates an aerial lift and/or a bucket truck when necessary.
• Coordinates with the Sales Arborist before performing work.
