Job Description:

• Member of the Operations Team.

• Primarily responsible for leading the installation crew and installing and servicing components of Solar PV systems.

• Travel is required within Ohio and surrounding states.

**The schedule for this position is 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but other duties may be assigned:

• Installation: Collaborate with team members to build solar electrical systems for residential and commercial customers, including installing solar panels on roofs and ground-mounted racking systems.

• Management: Manage your time and your team's to ensure adherence to policies, practices, and guidelines. Lead your team to ensure quality and efficiency, providing guidance during installation and when questions arise.

• Communication: Under the supervision of the Construction Manager and Project Managers, coordinate with all team members to ensure effective communication and alignment with company values. Demonstrate strong leadership communication skills.

• Physical: Work on lifts, ladders, rooftops, and other hard-to-access areas. Manual dexterity is required for reaching, climbing, and lifting objects up to 75 lbs. Operate power tools. Work may involve confined spaces, variable weather, and heights.

• Safety: Wear all required safety gear and follow safety policies. Ensure vehicle safety by avoiding distracted driving and maintaining cleanliness and organization of your vehicle.

• Training: Train new and current employees on best practices and installation procedures for solar systems.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.

• At least 1 year of experience in solar installation.

• At least 1 year of proven leadership or supervisory experience in a construction team.

• Minimum of two years of construction experience; renewable energy experience preferred.

• Basic understanding of construction and renewable energy concepts.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including mobile apps.

• Willingness and ability to travel 2 to 4 nights per week.
