Monster Tree Service of Bucks and Montgomery Counties has an opportunity for an experienced Crew Lead.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the tree crew while performing residential and commercial tree pruning and removals according to ANSI and company standards.
2. Operate an aerial lift and/or a bucket truck when necessary.
3. Possess the necessary rigging and lowering skills to perform tree pruning and removals safely. Perform supplemental support (cabling and bracing) techniques and methods in accordance with ANSI Standards.
4. Be familiar with industry safety standards and procedures and enforce these standards as well as company safety policies.
5. Accept responsibility for daily production goals and safety procedures of the crew.
6. Coordinate with the Sales Arborist before performing work.

Qualifications:

1. 3 or more years of experience leading and training a tree crew safely and productively.
2. ISA Certification or CTSP is desired but not required.
3. A valid and clean Driver’s License is required.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills; prior experience training employees is preferred.
5. Ability to identify and communicate potential up-sell opportunities to property owners.
6. Present a professional appearance and attitude.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Class B CDL preferred but not required.
