Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience with proven crew or site leadership.
• Ability to read plans and scopes and execute against a schedule and budget.
• Multi-trade competence and strong in-field problem-solving.
• Track record of hitting production targets while maintaining quality; strong communication, organization, and accountability.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production, scheduling, sequencing, and scope completion.
• Ensure workmanship quality and adherence to project specifications and scope.
• Manage on-site materials, tools, equipment, and logistics.
• Enforce OSHA standards and conduct daily on-site safety oversight.
• Communicate progress, delays, change needs, and material orders to office management.
• Train, develop, and evaluate crew members.
• Hold the crew accountable to production targets without sacrificing quality.
• Report injuries, near-misses, and unsafe conditions the day they occur.
