Job summary

Ductz of Miami Valley and S. Cincinnati-Covington is seeking a Lead Technician to head a crew in cleaning duct work for residential and light commercial projects in the Dayton area.

You will supervise technicians, organize gear, and ensure high-quality results while maintaining clear communication with customers and the office. The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work in dusty environments, lift heavy items, and climb ladders and roofs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of duct cleaning experience and 1 year in a lead tech role.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and to climb ladders, stairs, and roofs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person team on residential duct cleaning jobs.
• Supervise other technicians and organize equipment in the vehicle.
• Maintain equipment and communicate with the office on job progress.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional appearance.
