McDonald's creates a flexible part-time Crew Member opportunity with breakfast, lunch, late nights and weekends. The role includes top-notch training and Archways to Opportunity tuition assistance, helping you grow while you work.

As a Crew Team Member you’ll prepare World Famous Food, work with fellow crew and managers to meet daily goals, keep the restaurant clean and maintain safety standards. Minimum age is 14; advancement paths include trainer and restaurant manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.

• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Maintain all food safety standards
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
• No direct contact with customers is required, although you still need to present a professional image at all times
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience (Drive-thru role)
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals (Drive-thru role)
• May be involved in some food prep activities (fries, salads, etc.) but no cooking in the kitchen is required

Starting at $16.25 to $16.75 per hour
