Lithko Contracting, Denver, CO, is seeking a Concrete Foreman / Crew Task Lead to plan and execute a phase of work in coordination with the Superintendent. The role emphasizes self-perform concrete, leadership of crews, and ensuring on-site readiness and safety.

Candidate should have 5+ years of progressive project execution experience, strong Microsoft skills, and a track record of delivering projects over $1 million.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience in concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million.
• Proven leadership ability to guide teams and drive results for overall project success.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Understand project details and identify obstacles and opportunities to ensure successful execution.
• Prepare the team for success using well-defined planning processes.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for optimal output.

Foremen at Lithko are responsible for planning and executing their phase of work while working closely with the Superintendent to create an overall project plan.
