High School Diploma or GED is required. Texas Commercial Driver’s License, Class A, is required or must be obtained within 6 months. Must have and maintain a Class II Wastewater and Class C Water Distribution License or must be obtained within one year of hire. One year experience required in construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of water distribution system, wastewater collection system, streets, alleys, and drainage systems. Six months experience required in operating and maintaining a mobile closed circuit television underground conduit inspection system.
