Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to partner with the General Manager, lead the shop team, and drive guest satisfaction while growing sales. You’ll train and mentor teammates, model outstanding service, and set a positive example for the crew.

Daily duties include coaching, budgeting assistance, inventory control, cash handling, and ensuring a clean, safe service center. You will lead daily huddles to hit store goals and provide direction to your team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Leads by example with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives and drive sales.
• Willingness to coach and develop teammates through training.

Responsibilities

• Lead with GM to guide crew and grow revenue through core metrics.
