Job summary

Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH) in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Crew Chief to lead our Geospatial Data Services team. This full-time role involves performing control, boundary, and topographic surveys, and producing right-of-way plans using Trimble tools and drone/3D scanning technologies.

This Opportunity:

Required Qualifications:

• Previous Survey experience, including field experience
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience with AutoCAD

• This position requires an MVR records check verifying that you possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record which meets the requirements of SEH’s Driving Program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of CDOT procedures and standards including Right-of-Way plan production
• Proficient with the use of Trimble data collectors, Trimble GPS, Trimble robotic total stations and Trimble Business Center
• Ability to apply principles and practices of land surveying
• Ability to understand and decipher horizontal/vertical datums and coordinate systems
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong math skills
