Job summary

SEH is seeking a Crew Chief for its Geospatial Data Services team in the United States. The role focuses on control, boundary and topographic surveys, right-of-way planning, and leveraging Trimble data collectors, GPS, drones, and 3D scanning tech.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of CDOT procedures and standards, including right‑of‑way plan production
• Proficiency with Trimble data collectors, GPS, robotic total stations, and Trimble Business Center
• Ability to apply principles and practices of land surveying
• Understanding and deciphering horizontal/vertical datums and coordinate systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong math skills

Compensation

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $25,000 to $35,000 based on skill set and experience.

Location Restrictions

Due to current business and operational considerations, SEH cannot hire employees residing in the following states at this time: AK, AR, CA, CT, DE, HI, KY, MA, RI, VT, and PR. Candidates willing to relocate should indicate this in their application.
