Dan’s Management Co. in Rhode Island is seeking Crew Members to deliver positive guest experiences and prepare food and beverages to our standards in a fast-paced team setting.

You’ll help guests feel welcome and return for more, while working with colleagues to keep operations smooth. Starting at $16 per hour with tips potentially bringing earnings to $17.50+ per hour, the role supports flexible scheduling and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.

Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.

Operational Standards

• Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
• Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
