Dan’s Management Co. is hiring Crew Members for fast-paced Dunkin locations in Rhode Island and Connecticut. You will greet guests, prepare drinks and food, and handle POS transactions while delivering friendly service.

We offer starting pay at 16 dollars per hour with potential tips reaching 17.50+ per hour, free coffee and donuts, an Employee Meal during shift, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and more.

Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.
