Essig Family McDonald’s in Superior, NE is hiring a Crew Team Member for a part-time role. The position offers flexible scheduling and training to help you build customer service and teamwork skills. No prior restaurant experience is required; we seek a positive, dependable team member who enjoys helping customers and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Complete other restaurant duties as needed

This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for employment matters at this restaurant, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and termination.
