Job summary

McDonald’s franchise is seeking a Crew Team Member to connect with customers, take orders, and prepare menu items to standard. You will work with teammates to meet daily goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting restaurant environment.

No prior restaurant experience is required; training is provided. Both part-time and full-time shifts may be available, including breakfast, lunch, evening, and weekends. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for employment matters at this restaurant, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and termination.

McDonald’s USA does not control employment decisions at this restaurant and will not receive your employment application or participate in the hiring process.
