Job summary

PEAKE is seeking an Audio Visual Programmer to join our Maryland team. You will lead Crestron programming from design to turnover, work with AV engineers and field technicians, and serve as the customer-facing technical lead in government environments.

The role emphasizes deep Crestron expertise, real installation experience, and strong communication to keep projects on track. Travel ~40% nationwide, with on-site work at our Maryland headquarters when needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on AV systems integration with Crestron programming (SIMPL, SIMPL+, C#/VC-4).
• Experience programming, configuring, and troubleshooting Crestron control systems in complex environments.
• Strong installation, commissioning, and field troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crestron control system programming design, development, and modification in SIMPL, SIMPL+, and/or C#/VC-4.
• Design, read, and interpret schematics and architectural drawings; validate signal flow.
