Crepe Chef Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Crepe Chef & Café Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, enjoys creating delightful guest experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role includes mastering the craft of crepe-making while also assisting with paninis, baked goods, and general café duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare crepe batter as needed to maintain freshness and consistency.
• Cook crepes on a crepe stone, mastering the technique of even turning and delicate filling.
• Fill crepes to order, ensuring perfect presentation and balance of flavors.
• Heat paninis to order using a panini grill.
• Serve baked goods and specialty treats with attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café and food preparation areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene best practices at all times.
• Assist with stocking inventory and managing food supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation is required.
• Prior experience in food service is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Passion for learning the art of fine baked goods, particularly crepes.
