  • Ensure all pre-certification requirements are completed by obtaining necessary authorizations
  • Assist with additional duties as needed based on departmental requirements
Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with pre-registration and scheduling processes is preferred
  • Basic typing ability and proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment
Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of a related medical certification program
  • Experience using dual computer monitors in a call center setting
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a production-driven environment
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
