Job summary

ConMet is seeking an experienced PTC Creo expert to serve as the enterprise technical lead for Creo and shape engineering standards across our global organization. This onsite role focuses on CAD best practices, mentoring engineers, and managing Creo configurations and deployment within a Windchill PLM environment.

You will lead Creo governance, collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, and contribute to our digital engineering transformation at ConMet.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands‑on Creo experience.
• Experience developing and driving CAD software standards.
• Mentor engineers on CAD usage and best practices.
• Manage Creo configurations, standards, and deployment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for improving productivity and design quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise technical authority for PTC Creo.
• Develop and maintain CAD standards and best practices.
• Mentor and coach engineers on CAD best practices.
• Manage enterprise Creo configurations and deployment.
• Drive adoption of engineering standards and model quality.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to improve processes.
• Help engineers effectively utilize Creo within a Windchill PLM environment.
