Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in mechanical CAD (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks or Creo).
• Working knowledge of GD&T fundamentals (ASME Y14.5).
• Willingness to learn Creo MBD and model-based process.
• Comfort with a validation checklist and design standards.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Build model-based definitions in Creo with PMI, GD&T, and datums.
• Add notes such as data-rights and export statements; populate mass/material data.
• Run automated ModelCHECK validations and fix errors tied to geometry.
• Create the model-based BOM and reconcile with PLM EBOM.
• Produce neutral derivatives (STEP AP242, QIF, 3D PDFs) with consistent naming.
• Support interoperability tooling and template improvements for the lead.
