Job summary

Volto Consulting is seeking a CAD design engineer with hands-on Creo experience for concept modeling and part assembly. Proficiency in surfacing and designing sheet metal and plastic parts is required.

Candidates should understand design and development phases for automotive components, including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing, prototyping, ECN, PPAP, and documentation. Familiarity with stack-up and VAVE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Creo experience for concept models and assemblies.
• Experience designing sheet metal and plastic parts.
• Knowledge of design and development processes for automotive components including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing, prototyping, ECN and PPAP.

Hands on experience in Creo-Part| Assembly and Surfacing to generate Concept Models

Should have hands on experience in designing of sheet metals| plastic parts.

Knowledge on phases of the design process and development process for Automotive components including drafting| dimensioning| tolerancing| prototyping| ECN| PPAP and documenting results would be an added advantage

Knowledge on different automotive product design and sheet metal press tools| fixture and gauge design| reverse engineering| Stack-Up| VAVE would be an added advantage.
