Job summary

Experience

6-8 years (Junior level Design Engineer). Willingly accepts 4-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Design automotive components using Creo, including plastic, sheet metal, and casting parts. Work independently on design conceptual jobs and generate concept models using Creo Part and Assembly surfacing tools. Provide documentation for the development process.

Qualifications – Must Have

• Creo tool knowledge (surfacing, GDT, DFX, DFA) and automotive design experience
• Experience with plastic, sheet metal, and casting components

Qualifications – Nice to Have

• Independent work on design conceptual jobs
• Hands‑on experience in Creo Part/Assembly and surfacing to generate concept models
• Experience designing sheet metal and plastic parts
• Knowledge of the phases of the design process and development process for automotive components including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing, prototyping, ECN, PPAP, and documentation of results
• Knowledge of automotive product design, sheet metal press tools, fixture and gauge design, reverse engineering, stack‑up, and VAVE
