Job summary

DESE Research, Inc. is seeking talented CAD/Creo Modelers to join our engineering team supporting defense programs.

You will develop and maintain detailed Creo CAD models and assemblies, navigate model-tree structures from parts to NHAs, and use Windchill for data and configuration management. Entry-level to senior candidates are welcome; you will collaborate with engineers and program stakeholders, brief customers, and help mentor others.

Qualifications

• Experience with PTC Creo or similar CAD modeling software.
• Understand CAD model-tree structures from parts through NHAs.
• Strong attention to detail on complex mechanical models and assemblies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any security clearance required for the position.
• Experience using Windchill within Creo.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain CAD models using PTC Creo.
• Perform day-to-day modeling activities in support of engineering and program requirements.
• Understand and navigate model-tree structures encompassing parts, subassemblies, and NHAs.
• Use Windchill within Creo and through a web browser to support data and configuration management.
• Collaborate with engineers, modelers, program personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Support the development of technical presentations and PowerPoint charts for customer briefings.
• Participate in customer and program meetings using Teams and other tools.
• Ensure CAD models and data are organized and maintained per program requirements.
• Senior candidates may brief customers and mentor other team members.
