El Rancho Supermercado is seeking a Cremeria Lead to support the Cremeria Department with high-quality customer service and safe food handling practices. The role involves product slicing, pricing, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness in the department and coolers.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of meat department experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork to serve the community.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in meat department preferred.
• Customer service oriented and able to follow safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Sliced and price cremeria products and ensure availability.
• Maintain product quality, proper rotation, and cleanliness of coolers.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Receive, stock, and rotate merchandise; manage department inventories.
• Monitor temperatures and maintain department checklists every 4 hours.
• Supervise department staff and manage weekly schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
