Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions and safety guidelines.
• Work may require standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Smile, greet, and assist customers with outstanding service.
• Ensure all products are fresh and rotated according to guidelines.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling.
• Maintain clean, organized display cases and counters.
• Stock and fill cremeria display cases and coolers as required.
• Transport products to coolers, storage areas, and worktables.
• Notify Cremeria Lead when supplies or products are needed.
• Monitor case temperatures and report discrepancies.
• Follow food safety and health code regulations.
