Our Creme Camp Counselors bring energy and creativity to the camps every day, combining adventure, education, and fun. They inspire campers to be curious learners using our nationally recognized curriculum that emphasizes environmental science and sustainability. Our Counselors are dedicated to making their camp successful and understand that building meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members is essential.

When you join as a Creme Camp Counselor, you will:

• Implement curriculum tailored to each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to dream, imagine, and explore
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and experiences
• Support camp success by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals
• Promote outdoor activities and a nature-oriented mindset
• Build positive relationships with families and community partners
• Assist leadership in supporting families, achieving enrollment, and operational objectives
• Bring your passion for nature and environmental sustainability, serving as a knowledgeable resource and supporting leadership in creating aligned experiences

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least one year of summer camp experience working with children aged 5-12
• A love for children and a desire to make a difference daily
• Ability to facilitate outdoor physical activities
• Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications and obtain CPR and First Aid certifications if needed
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with children and parents
