Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a production operator to mix ingredients and monitor quality during shifts in a fast-paced facility.

You will read formulas, operate mixers, and ensure products meet customer requirements while maintaining GMPs and clean work areas. The role requires basic math, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math and reading skills.
• Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and at times independently.

Responsibilities

• Place raw ingredients into mixer per designated formula and instructions.
• Operate mixing machine controls to mix ingredients.
• Place final product into troughs.
• Record ingredient usage.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.'s) at all times.
• Maintain clean work areas and report any issues promptly.
