• Implement curriculum tailored to each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for exploration and imagination
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and experiences
• Support camp success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement
• Promote outdoor activities and environmental awareness
• Build positive relationships with families and community partners
• Support operational objectives and contribute your expertise in sustainability

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least one year of summer camp experience with children aged 5-12
• A passion for working with children and making a difference
• Ability to facilitate outdoor activities
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications, CPR, and First Aid certifications
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds and engage in outdoor activities
• Proficiency in English communication
