As a Creme Camp Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Implementing curriculum tailored to each child's needs
  2. Creating a safe, nurturing environment for exploration and imagination
  3. Partnering with parents to provide the best care and experiences
  4. Supporting camp success through collaboration with staff and leadership
  5. Promoting outdoor activities and environmental consciousness
  6. Building positive relationships with families and community partners
  7. Assisting leadership in achieving enrollment and operational goals
  8. Serving as a resource for environmental sustainability, aligning with our brand promise

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least one summer camp experience with children aged 5-12
  • A passion for working with children and making a difference
  • Ability to facilitate outdoor physical activities
  • Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
  • Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications and obtain CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
