Pay Rate: $20/hr

Work Hours: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues (off Wed/Thurs) 8:30am-5pm

Job Overview

The Operations Team Member reports to the Operations Care Center Manager and is responsible for operating cremation equipment, creating and packaging memorial items, processing cremated remains, and assisting with related duties within a team environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate cremation retort, create and package paw prints, engrave plaques, and perform quality control.
  • Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle to homes, vet clinics, and hospitals.
  • Maintain cremation goals with compassion and excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, submit maintenance requests as needed.
  • Perform cleaning tasks and maintain equipment used in cremation procedures.
  • Follow safety procedures to handle hazardous materials responsibly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 12 months experience in a service industry.
  • Valid Driver’s License may be required.
