Qualifications

• Experience advising financial institutions or lenders in bankruptcy matters.
• Represent clients in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies and related proceedings.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Appear in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in bankruptcy matters and related disputes.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, settlements, and appeal materials.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage complex creditors' rights matters.
