Qualifications

• Active New Jersey bar admission in good standing.
• Bar admission in bankruptcy courts across the hiring state(s).
• Experience representing creditors in bankruptcy matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work well in a congenial, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with technology requirements and systems.

Responsibilities

• Hearing maintenance: attend hearings and prepare local appearance counsel with clear outcomes.
• Portfolio management: review pleadings and monitor dockets for timely submissions.
• Provide loan-level support with guidance to staff and clients.
• Conduct legal research on applicable bankruptcy codes and case law.
