Job summary

LHH in Philadelphia seeks a mid-level to senior associate for its Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors' Rights practice. This role offers exposure to sophisticated lender-side matters and direct mentorship with experienced partners, with a clear path toward partnership.

The candidate will work on commercial bankruptcies, loan workouts, foreclosures, and related litigation, and will handle increasing client contact as responsibilities grow. Equity and non-equity tracks are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights, or commercial litigation.
• Experience with commercial bankruptcies, loan workouts, foreclosures, receiverships, and related litigation.
• PA admission or ability to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Represent secured lenders in commercial bankruptcies, workouts, and restructurings.
• Handle commercial foreclosures, receiverships, and asset recovery matters.
• Litigate fraudulent transfer and creditor remedies claims.
• Advise clients through complex insolvency proceedings.
• Take on increasing responsibility and client contact.
