Job summary

The Bachrach Group seeks an Associate Attorney for a growing creditors’ rights and collections practice with a flexible hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Maryland and eager to take on meaningful responsibility in a growing team.

Responsibilities include reviewing records, drafting analyses, appearing in courts, and managing enforcement matters with direct client interaction and collaboration with property managers.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in MD.

Responsibilities

• Review client records and governing documents; draft legal analyses and recommendations.
• Appear regularly in district and enforcement courts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage enforcement and compliance matters including covenant enforcement and post-judgment remedies.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and property management companies.
• Attend on-site meetings as needed.
