Mandarich Law Group seeks an Associate Attorney for our Kennesaw, GA office. The role involves drafting and reviewing Summons, Complaints, Judgments, Settlement Agreements, and Discovery documents, plus handling motions and responses as needed.

You will communicate with attorneys, employers, and consumers to resolve matters and review lawsuits on pleadings. Georgia license required with welcome consideration for additional state licenses; travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia; additional licensing in other states welcomed.
• Strong multitasking and written/verbal communication skills mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal documentation.
• Willingness to travel as required for court appearances and client matters.

Responsabilités

• Draft and review Summons & Complaints, Judgments, Settlement Agreements, Discovery and related documents.
• Draft, review and file litigation motions and responses as needed.
• Communicate with attorneys, employers and consumers to resolve accounts/suits.
• Review lawsuits on new and ongoing pleadings and documents.
