Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and preferably an Arkansas Bar license. You will work closely with a multi-state team and handle all aspects of legal documentation. Qualifications

Location

Arkansas preferred. Remote or regionally based candidates may be considered, especially those located in Arkansas or nearby border states such as Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, or Missouri.

Note

Must have 3+ years of foreclosure, collections, title claims, creditors' rights, or closely related default servicing experience. Arkansas licensure is strongly preferred, and dual licensure in another relevant state is a major plus.
