The Account Executive has overall responsibility for the ongoing business relationship with existing clients by understanding the goals, objectives, and future direction.

This position can be based remotely throughout the U.S. with the exception of California.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Working with existing Credit Union client base within assigned territory.
  • Territory and account plan development to ensure annual sales plan objectives are achieved
  • In partnership with other sales representatives from Complementary Solutions, orchestrate and plan live demonstrations and WebEx's of the entire suite of Jack Henry core and ancillary offerings.
  • Lead discovery sessions with a team of Jack Henry associates as needed with core processing prospects.
  • Ability to quickly connect with buyers at all levels, identify and confirm needs and requirements (recognized and unrecognized).
  • Maintain accurate contact management records of all activity in CRM system.
  • Administrative responsibilities including forecasting and opportunity management.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of technology solutions sales experience preferably in the Bank/CU space.
  • Minimum of 60% travel required.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other forecasting applications.
  • Detail and process oriented.
  • Comfortable and experienced with leading a team-oriented sales process.
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Excellent presentation skills to all levels - "C" level to front line.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of the FinTech space.
  • Competitive nature, perseverance to overcome obstacles, and a drive for success.
  • High level of character and integrity.
